Thinking of subscribing to your first box? What are you waiting for? our boxes are created to treat, pamper and inspire you ready for your perfect day.

Who doesn’t love treats appearing every month through the door?


Can I send it as a gift?

Absolutely! Simply click the gift option during check out. Fill out section 2 of the payment process ‘shipping’ with the persons details you would like to gift the box to and in section 3 ‘payment’ click the option for a different payment address and fill in the rest.

Why should I subscribe?

Wedding planning is one of the 10 biggest stresses in a persons life. The Inspire Box is here to make the journey a little easier.

The Inspire box is created and designed by wedding planners and event specialists, to give you inspiration and help with planning your special day.

In each box, discover & enjoy 5 or more full-size wedding themed gifts, samples, planning tools, apparel, decor ideas, wedding accessories, hen party / bridal shower essentials, wedding day essentials and lots more.

What’s even better, all products are main stream products. So if you love them you can buy more!

On occasion we also include exclusive discounts! so if you receive something you love and need more, get it cheaper with our membership!

Didn’t get a discount code but love something so much you want one for every guest? contact our customer service team to see if we can wrangle a bulk discount for you.

What’s in the box?

Every box is a surprise, but we guarantee that each month you'll be treated to planning tools, decor, samples, wedding inspiration, essential must haves and much more. Our boxes include full sized usable products and samples of things you may have forgotten.

Our boxes are not random, we curate them to follow a theme each month that helps your wedding planning journey. From rustic weddings to planning tools, we’ve got you covered.

Possible items include but absolutely not limited to planners, seating charts, note books, stationary, wedding flip flops, robes, gifts, decor and much more!!

If you see something you want to sample, let us know! It could appear in your next box.


How much does the subscription cost?

Our rolling monthly subscription costs £24.99 a month.

Our 3 month subscription cost £23.99 a month, with an automatic stop after 3 months.

Our 6 month subscription cost £22.99 a month, with an automatic stop after 6 months.

Of course you can continue if you wish.

Recurring payments are taken on the same date you subscribed each month until you cancel.


Shipping & Additional Costs?

Our shipping cost is including in the box price. There will be no additional costs. We currently use Hermes to ship our boxes. We will send you a tracking number to you can follow you boxes trip to you. Free shipping can take 3-5 working days to arrive after dispatch.


What if I subscribe and want to cancel right away?

Once you subscribe your account is immediately charged the first month's payment. If you need to cancel because you’ve changed your mind and wish to be refunded, email us at info@inspire-event.co.uk within 24 hours.

Alternately you can set up an account with us at check out where you can manage your subscription from there.

Cancelling your subscription stops future payments from being taken but doesn’t refund previous payments.


Returns?

Should you wish to return a box back to us, please do so within 14 days of your box being dispatched. After this period, we will not accept your box back for a refund. Please note that boxes will only be refunded if the box is completely unopened. To return your box back to us, please contact our customer service team at info@inspire-event.co.uk.

Inspire is not responsible for covering returns postage fees. You can cancel your next subscription any time. to ensure you don’t receive any more boxes please cancel your subscription before the 15th of each month. After this time please contact our customer service team on info@inspire-event.co.uk

Please note, the original postage cost will be deducted from the refund cost.

Missing, damaged or defective items are covered by our 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee and will be replace.


Delivery?

We ship on the 25th of each month. Shipping can take 3-5 working days to arrive after dispatch.

Payments that fall on or before the 25th will receive that months box

Any payments after this will be processed in the next months run.


Don’t worry, sometimes we take a chance and include items that could break in the post. Pop a picture to info@inspire-event.co.uk and we will replace the item ASAP.
